Mr. Weir’s Martial Art experience spans over 25 years and includes 2 styles, Isshinryu, and Tang Soo Do. He has recently been promoted to Kyo Sa Nim, or certified instructor of Tang Soo Do. At Riverview, the primary focus is on cultivating an atmosphere where we all students work on growing physically and mentally strong. They have a large group of Little Eagles, typically ages 5-6, as well as a growing group of 3-4 year olds. These students attend classes according to their age. Then, as a student becomes acclimated to the traditional customs of class and is ready to join a larger class, we have multi-age, all-ranks classes that allow parents and children to attend class together.

Fitzgerald's Martial Arts specializes in the powerful and traditional Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do and the Fillipino martial art of Kali-Eskrima. The art of Tang Soo Do is a method of empty hand and foot fighting based on the scientific use of the body in self-defense. Training in Tang Soo Do stresses the development of individual character, integrity, and respect for others. While, Kali-Eskrima helps the student develop a deep understanding of weapons training and self defense.
